Os recheios foram três: pasta de frango com azeitonas, cenoura e beterraba.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;O glacê de purê de mandioca, o detalhe das trancinhas foi feito com glacê salgado de maisena.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Como toda torta salgada que faço, não usei maionese normal, e sim maionese de leite, pois não tem perigo de perder tão rápido e é mais leve e gostosa. Assim como o glacê de maisena salgado, em vez do purê de batatas, pois tem uma consistência mais firme para confeitar e não azeda com facilidade. Um dos meus preferidos é o peroá, um peixe que tem muita carne, praticamente sem espinhas, só a do meio mesmo, a gente come com tranquilidade. A carne é muito saborosa! Para preparar, é só temperar com alho e sal (eu gosto muito do tempero pronto) e muito limão. Depois é só empanar com fubá ou farinha e fritar! Vou postar aqui o jeito que eu encontrei mais simples e eficiente de se fazer um arroz soltinho, gostoso e perfeito. Cada um encontra o seu jeitinho especial de fazer tudo e eu faço sempre assim, e olha que ele faz muito sucesso! Não tem uma receita específica, apenas dicas que eu vou ensinar e espero que agrade!&lt;br /&gt;Depois quero comentários, se deu certo ou não, ok?&lt;br /&gt;Vamos lá!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) A quantidade de arroz a cozinhar, depende do número de pessoas, mas principalmente da quantidade que cada pessoa come. Mas na média, costumo calcular 1 xícara de arroz cru para cada pessoa, pois aqui em casa a gente come bastante arroz.&lt;br /&gt;2) Primeiro, aqueça a panela no fogo baixo. Coloque óleo e em seguida o arroz. Mexa e deixe o arroz fritar bem, mesmo, até ficar bem branquinho. Quanto mais ele fritar, mais soltinho ele vai ficar, então tenha paciência, mexa de vez em quando e mantenha o fogo baixo. Não coloque sal ou alho ou qualquer tempero ainda. Tenha calma.&lt;br /&gt;3) Quando o arroz estiver bem frito, coloque o tempero, alho, sal, o que preferir. Refogue ligeiramente e coloque água até cobrir todo o arroz e ainda ficar uns dois dedos acima.&lt;br /&gt;4) Aumente o fogo para o mais alto e deixe que a água ferva. Quando a água tiver secado e estiver mais ou menos a meio centímetro do arroz, tampe a panela e abaixe o fogo, para que ele termine de cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;5) Quando a água secar totalmente (teste: molhe a ponta de seu dedo, dê uma batidinha e se fizer um barulhinho tipo "tssss", está seco), apague o fogo. Meus filhos comem muito e eu gosto muito de fazer.&lt;br /&gt;Desse jeito, deixando o polvilho de molho, os beijus ficam bem macios, e não ficam com aquele gosto de massa crua. Eu gosto muito de preparar em casa, no café da manhã ou para o lanche de tardinha. Com um cafezinho, quentinho, ai, ai! Nas férias desse ano, que tirei de julho a agosto,&amp;nbsp;fui fazer uns&amp;nbsp;cursos de culinária, com a Fátima Eid, na Estação das Embalagens. Pão Doce, Bombons recheados, e um de Sorvete. &lt;br /&gt;Gosto muito de sorvete, mas não aprecio "qualquer sorvete". Não sei se concordam comigo, mas não basta ser uma massa congelada, doce&amp;nbsp;e chamar de sorvete. Ele tem que ter uma textura certa, tem que "conversar com a língua"; tem que ter o teor de gordura exato para escorregar pela garganta, sem ficar aquela sensação de ter "engraxado" sua boca...&lt;br /&gt;Tem que ser macio, ter sabor suave, desmanchar no tempo certo, não ser muito doce,fazer você querer fechar os olhos, para desfrutar&amp;nbsp;e aguçar o paladar&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;deixar uma saudadezinha gostosa quando acabar.&lt;br /&gt;Assim é o SEMIFREDO! O sorvete que eu aprendi no curso é muito bom e flutuei quando fiz e provei, mas o Semifredo... gente, eu quase pirei!&lt;br /&gt;Eu fiz o primeiro de morango, pois além de ser apaixonada por morangos, &amp;nbsp;estamos na época de morangos frescos, enormes, superdoces e baratos. Espero que façam e se apaixonem como eu por essa delícia!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/__TSzIBSp8FY/TKE7kaHwOaI/AAAAAAAAAg4/1NnW4dCCU2g/s1600/SN850075.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="240" px="true" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/__TSzIBSp8FY/TKE7kaHwOaI/AAAAAAAAAg4/1NnW4dCCU2g/s320/SN850075.JPG" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SEMIFREDO DE MORANGO&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 gemas &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de baunilha &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1&amp;nbsp;xicara de açúcar refinado&lt;br /&gt;2 caixinhas de chantilly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de morangos &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faça Assim&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Lave os morangos e depois corte os cabinhos.&amp;nbsp; Ponha os morangos no liquidificador,&amp;nbsp;junte as 2 colheres de açúcar e processe até formar uma calda. &lt;br /&gt;2. Numa vasilha grande, ponha os ovos, as gemas, o copo de açúcar e a baunilha. Prepare uma panela media, com 3 dedos de água dentro, e ponha a vasilha em cima. A vasilha não deve tocar a água. Ligue o fogo médio. Usando uma batedeira elétrica manual, bata o creme sem parar por uns 6 a 8 minutos, até ele triplicar de volume e formar uma mousse leve e clarinha.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Retire a vasilha do banho-maria e continue batendo até o creme estar à temperatura ambiente, mais uns 6 a 8 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bata o chantilly. Adicione delicadamente ao creme de baunilha. Despeje nos potes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Enfim a parte divertida! Com cuidado, despeje&amp;nbsp;os morangos pela&amp;nbsp; superfície do creme. Pegue&amp;nbsp; um palito, e e vá subindo e descendo.&amp;nbsp; Leve ao freezer por no mínimo 6 horas. Já consegui emagrecer uns sete quilos, só acrescentando a ração à minha dieta diária. Tenho feito até receitas com ela! Pizza, pão, bolo, panquecas... A ração dá uma energia, tira a sensação de cansaço, fraqueza, aumenta a disposição, faz o intestino funcionar feito um reloginho... Estou muito feliz com essa descoberta! Agradeço muito porque a cada dia vou tendo mais gente visitando meu espaço e curtindo o que eu ando fazendo.&lt;br /&gt;Aqui vão algumas dicas que eu aprendi ao longo da minha experiência na cozinha:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Frango desfiado fácil:&lt;br /&gt;Cozinhe um ou dois peitos de frango por 15 minutos na panela de pressão. Deixe esfriar um pouco e quando estiver bem morno, não pode esfriar totalmente, retirar os ossos e bater na batedeira! Gente, é impressionante como isso facilita e poupa trabalho! Não me lembro com quem peguei essa dica, mas é muito boa, mesmo! Se não for utilizar tudo, coloque em um saquinho plástico ou vasilha bem tampada e congele, aí quando precisar rapidinho de um frango desfiado, tá na mão!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Carne moída bem fininha:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Não precisa pedir para o açougueiro moer duas vezes, nem processar quando chegar em casa. É só mexer com colher de pau! Isso mesmo! Nem precisa ficar mexendo o tempo todo. Coloque a carne moída na panela, com um pouco de óleo e os temperos de sua preferência. Joguei alguns confeitos em cima, aqueles confetinhos de açúcar e algumas bolinhas prateadas. A massa eu fiz com castanhas e dois recheios: praline com doce de leite e pêssegos. Coloque primeiro o pão no fundo e depois vá afastando, e encaixando as outras fatias nos lados.&lt;br /&gt;Aí, depois é só ir montando: Recheio, pão, patê, o que quiser colocar. É uma receita européia e é bem forte com sabor de chocolate mesmo! Para as joaninhas foram utilizadas formas de acetato, que vêm desenhadas; aí, se despeja o chocolate derretido e quando desenforma, a joaninha sai perfeitinha!!! Não é o máximo?! As lagartinhas foram feitas assim: sobre uma camadinha de chocolate branco foram coladas Serenata de Amor Balls. As folhas, são feitas com pinceladas de chocolate sobre folhas de árvore, mesmo e secas na geladeira. Fiz esta torta maravilhosa... ficou linda, não? Mais uma de minhas delícias!&lt;br /&gt;Gente, olha só: ficou tão gostosa, que deu briga pelo último pedaço... rs&lt;br /&gt;Receitinha (para mais ou menos 30 pessoas):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Torta Gelada Salgada&lt;br /&gt;3 pães de fôrma sem a casca&lt;br /&gt;2 vidros (de 500g) de maionese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Recheio 1&lt;br /&gt;1 peito de frango cozido só com sal por 15 minutos na panela de pressão&lt;br /&gt;meio vidro de maionese&lt;br /&gt;2 envelopes de sazon (o que vc preferir)&lt;br /&gt;1 vidro de azeitonas picadas&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Coloque o frango sem os ossos na batedeira (isso mesmo), bata em velocidade mínima até desfiar todo (não fica maravilhoso?) Aí, vá juntando a maionese e o sazon até virar um patê firme. Misture as azeitonas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 2&lt;br /&gt;3 cenouras cozidas&lt;br /&gt;3 batatas cozidas&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;Sal (não muito)&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Bater tudo no liquidificador até conseguir um patê firme também.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 3&lt;br /&gt;6 salsichas cozidas&lt;br /&gt;6 colheres de catchup&lt;br /&gt;meio vidro de maionese&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Bata tudo no liquidificador, para conseguir um patê firme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;Cubra uma vasilha bem grande (eu usei uma saladeira enorme) com papel alumínio. Forre o fundo e os lados com uma camada de pão (não pode deixar espaço sem pão). Passe maionese no pão e espalhe uniformemente o primeiro recheio. Cubra com outra camada de pão, passe maionese novamente e cubra com o segundo recheio. Repita a camada de pão e maionese e espalhe o terceiro recheio. Repita até o final da vasilha. Passe maionese na última camada de pão, leve à geladeira e desenforme depois de umas 4 horas, numa bandeja. Passe uma camada grossa de maionese e cubra com batata-palha. O charme fica por conta de uma florzinha de tomate e um galhinho de cheiro-verde. Nunca pensei que ia ser tão especial, mesmo porque eu tinha medo de cuidar do meu bebê sozinha (o que nunca aconteceu, pois o papai Jairo é um companheiro muito especial, que me ajuda trocando as fraldas da Carol, dá banho nela, põe pra dormir, pra arrotar, até canta pra ela).&lt;br /&gt;Um ser tão frágil, tão dependente, ingênuo, sem maldade nenhuma, cheio de amor por mim... É um presente que veio de Deus, mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;Tenho vontade de fazer tudo por ela.
